Welcome to our Shipping and Delivery Information page. As riders, we understand the importance of fast deliveries and excellent communication. Here, you'll find all the details you need about our shipping process, delivery options, and policies to ensure your new electric scooter arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping Process

Our UK Wareohouse:

All of our scooters ship directly from our UK warehouse. We use FedEx when possible but may use UPS or DHL to expedite shipping during busy times. Shipping time is 2-3 days**. We no longer accept international orders.

** Please note that our Emanba Electric Scooters are an exception and ship from the EU warehouse. There is a 7-10 days delivery time. There are no additional costs.

Order confirmation:

Once you place an order for your electric scooter or eBike, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order number, item details, and an estimated delivery date. Please ensure all your information is correct. If you notice any errors, contact our customer service team immediately.

Processing time:

Our team works diligently to process orders within 1-2 business days. During this time, your order is carefully prepared, packaged, and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Please note that orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed the following Monday. Products deliver each day of the week except Sunday.

Tracking your order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. This will provide real-time updates on the status and location of your shipment.
